Each stakeholder is responsible for adopting the basic stance set out in our philosophy and putting ethical standards widely accepted by society into practice. The following guidelines define that shared responsibility.

Anti-bribery and anti-corruption

No bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments, or improper advantages—directly or through third parties.

Gifts and hospitality

Permitted only when lawful, modest, transparent, infrequent, and never intended to influence a decision.

Conflicts of interest

Disclose and appropriately manage actual, potential, and perceived conflicts.

Third-party integrity

Evaluate intermediaries, vendors, consultants, and representatives proportionately to risk.

Accurate records

Maintain complete and truthful books, expenses, approvals, and supporting records.

Fair competition

Compete lawfully and avoid collusion, bid manipulation, and improper exchange of competitively sensitive information.

Sanctions and trade controls

Comply with applicable restrictions and escalate uncertain transactions.

Reporting and non-retaliation

Encourage good-faith questions and concerns, with protection against retaliation.

Proper procurement

We provide suppliers a fair opportunity to compete, fulfill contractual obligations with integrity, and consider economic merit together with relevant environmental, social, and governance factors.

Quality and safety

We prioritize the quality and safety of our products and services, provide timely and accurate information, and use sound methods to maintain and improve both.

Fair research and development

We pursue technologies that benefit society. We do not fabricate, falsify, or plagiarize data, research, or experimental results, and we administer research resources properly.

Intellectual property

We respect third-party intellectual property and protect Spacetime's own. We do not copy, alter, disclose, or use protected material without authorization.

Through cybersecurity technology, research, and responsible business practices, we seek to protect people and organizations and contribute to a safer digital society.

No engagement with criminal or coercive organizations

We do not permit criminal, coercive, or other unlawful organizations to influence our business. We cooperate with appropriate authorities and professional advisers when necessary.

Political activity and donations

Any company political activity or contribution must comply with applicable law, internal policy, and transparent approval processes. Company resources are not used to provide improper benefits to political actors.

Company and personal information

We collect, use, protect, and disclose company, customer, partner, and personal information only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with applicable requirements and authorization.

Confidential and inside information

We do not use confidential or material nonpublic information for personal benefit, remove it without authorization, or disclose it improperly. We comply with applicable insider-trading restrictions.

Preservation of company assets

We use tangible and intangible company assets only for legitimate business purposes and protect them from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, and personal exploitation.

Public communications

Authorized representatives communicate company information accurately, responsibly, and in a timely manner. Public statements must reflect the company's approved position and available evidence.

Dignity and equal respect

We respect fundamental human rights and value diverse perspectives. We do not tolerate unlawful discrimination, violence, harassment, retaliation, or conduct that disregards a person's dignity.

Fair and safe work

We comply with applicable labor and workplace-safety laws, work to prevent occupational harm, and do not tolerate forced labor or child labor in our operations or supply relationships.
