Legal

Privacy, stated plainly.

This notice explains how Spacetime Security handles personal information through this public corporate website.

Scope

About this notice.

This Privacy Policy applies to the public website operated by Spacetime Security, Inc. It does not describe data processing in customer products or services, employee systems, or a separate service governed by another notice or agreement.

01
Information you provide
If you contact us, request a briefing or demo, apply for a role, or otherwise communicate with us, we may receive your name, business contact information, organization, role, the content of your message, and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not send secrets, credentials, regulated records, vulnerability details, or confidential customer information through a general contact path.
02
Information received automatically
When your browser requests a page, our hosting, content-delivery, and security infrastructure may receive ordinary request data such as an IP address, request date and time, requested path, referring page, browser or device information, and security signals. We use this limited data to deliver the site, maintain availability, prevent abuse, investigate security events, and diagnose errors—not to follow you across websites or build an advertising profile.
03
No cookies or tracking
This public site does not set cookies, use tracking pixels, use cross-site behavioral analytics, or serve interest-based advertising. It does not respond differently to browser ‘Do Not Track’ signals because it does not track visitors across third-party websites. Third parties do not collect personal information through this site for cross-site behavioral advertising.
Use and disclosure

We limit processing to a defined purpose.

We process website information to operate and protect the site, respond to requests, manage a business relationship, comply with law, and establish or defend legal rights.

04
How we use information
We may use information to provide requested materials or communications; evaluate and respond to business, press, investor, employment, or security inquiries; operate and secure the website; prevent fraud or abuse; maintain records of our communications; comply with legal obligations; and enforce or defend our rights.
05
Service providers
We may disclose limited information to service providers that host, deliver, protect, or support the website and our business communications. They may process information only for the services they provide to us and subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations. A contact submission may be transmitted through our first-party endpoint and email infrastructure to a controlled company mailbox.
06
Other required disclosures
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; protect the rights, safety, and security of visitors, Spacetime, or others; investigate misuse; or support a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
07
No sale or targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or process it for targeted advertising on this site. We do not use website information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects through profiling.
Stewardship

Retention, security, and location.

08
Retention
We retain contact communications and related business records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including follow-up, relationship management, security, legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. Infrastructure and security logs are retained for limited operational and security periods under provider and company settings. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed unless law requires or permits longer retention.
09
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information in light of its nature and the risks involved. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not use the general website contact path to send sensitive or confidential material.
10
Processing in the United States
Spacetime is based in the United States. If you access the site from another country, information may be processed in the United States or another location where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Your choices

Privacy requests and other rights.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights concerning personal information we hold about you.

11
Available requests
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may ask to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete information, or receive a portable copy. Where applicable, you may also opt out of sale, targeted advertising, certain sharing, or qualifying profiling, and may limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We do not currently engage in those opt-out activities through this site.
12
How to submit a request
Use our company contact page and identify the request as ‘Privacy request.’ Describe the right you wish to exercise and the U.S. state or other jurisdiction in which you reside. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
13
Appeals
If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, reply through the same contact path with ‘Privacy appeal’ and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will provide any additional regulator-contact information required by applicable law in our appeal response.
Additional information

State disclosures, children, and changes.

14
U.S. state disclosures
During the preceding 12 months, the website may have handled identifiers and contact information, internet or other electronic network activity, professional or employment-related information, and the content of communications. Sources are you and ordinary website requests. We use and disclose these categories for the purposes described above, including to website, security, and communications service providers. We have not sold or shared these categories for cross-context behavioral advertising, used them for targeted advertising, or offered a financial incentive for their collection.
15
Children
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
16
External links
The site may link to websites or services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Following an external link leaves this website, and we are not responsible for the other service’s practices.
17
Policy changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology, or our practices. We will post the revised policy here and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
