Legal
Terms for using this site.
These terms define the boundaries for lawful use of Spacetime Security’s public corporate website.
Agreement
Scope and permitted use.
Use the public site for lawful information and evaluation. Separate agreements govern products, services, employment, and other relationships.
01
Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using this public website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms govern only this public corporate website. Customer products, services, trials, support, employment, and other relationships are governed by the separate agreements that apply to them.
02
Who may use the site
You may use the site only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. The site is intended for a business and professional audience and is not directed to children.
03
Permitted use
Spacetime grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the site for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may make reasonable copies of public materials for internal evaluation if you preserve all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices.
Boundaries
Protect the site and other people.
04
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the site unlawfully; interfere with its operation or security; bypass access controls; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without prior written authorization; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; misrepresent affiliation; harvest personal information; overload the site; or use automated means in a manner that disrupts service or ignores published technical controls.
05
No unauthorized security testing
We support responsible security research through an authorized disclosure process when one is published and applicable. These terms do not authorize vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, exploitation, access to nonpublic systems or data, or any activity that could impair availability, confidentiality, or integrity. Obtain written authorization before testing.
Ownership
Content, feedback, and external services.
06
Intellectual property
The site and its content, design, software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials are owned by Spacetime Security, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right above, no license or ownership right is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
07
Feedback and submissions
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback about the public site, you grant Spacetime a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation. Do not submit confidential information, credentials, regulated records, exploit details, or third-party material through a general contact path.
08
Third-party names and links
References or links to third-party sites, products, or services are provided for information and do not imply endorsement. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Spacetime does not control and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices.
Reliance
Understand the limits of public content.
09
Informational content
Site content is provided for general information and may describe current, planned, or illustrative capabilities subject to stated qualifications. It is not legal, compliance, investment, or security advice; is not a promise that any product or service will be available; and does not amend a signed agreement. Evaluate your own requirements and rely on the agreement applicable to any purchased service.
10
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Spacetime disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties concerning the site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spacetime and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the site. Their aggregate liability arising from the public site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Legal terms
Responsibility, applicable law, and changes.
12
Responsibility for misuse
You are responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, your material violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Spacetime retains all remedies available at law or in equity and may restrict access to protect the site, users, or others.
13
Applicable law and mandatory rights
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Spacetime’s operation of the site and your use of it, without overriding mandatory rights that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. Any dispute must be brought in a court that has lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute unless a separate written agreement controls.
14
Changes, severability, and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless law requires additional notice. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any notices expressly incorporated here, are the entire agreement for use of this public site.
